Ba Na Hills & Golden Bridge
A hilltop resort at 1,487 m featuring the iconic Golden Bridge held by giant stone hands, a French colonial village, amusement park, and cable car with breathtaking valley views.
Overview
Ba Na Hills is a French-era hill station turned mega-resort, sitting at 1,487 m in the Truong Son mountains 42 km west of Da Nang. The cable car journey alone is remarkable — a 5.8 km ride over forest and valleys that held the world record for longest single-wire cable car at its opening. At the summit, the Golden Bridge has become one of Vietnam's most photographed structures: a 150 m pedestrian walkway appearing to be held aloft by two enormous weathered stone hands emerging from the hillside. Beyond the bridge, the resort contains a French colonial village, a fantasy castle, multiple restaurants, gardens, and a full amusement park.
Entry ticket (includes cable car + all attractions): approximately 750,000–900,000 VND adults / 600,000–700,000 VND children. Open daily 07:00–21:00. Book online to avoid queues at the cable car. The resort is frequently in cloud — check the Ba Na Hills webcam before visiting for the best chance of clear views on the Golden Bridge. Allow a full day.
