Da Lat Night Market

The beating heart of Da Lat evenings — street stalls selling bánh tráng nướng (grilled rice paper), strawberry wine, artichoke tea, and local snacks along a pedestrianised strip.

Overview

Da Lat Night Market runs along a pedestrianised strip near the central market building every evening from around 17:00. It is the most atmospheric place to eat in the city: vendors grill bánh tráng nướng (Vietnamese "pizza" — rice paper topped with egg, dried shrimp, spring onion, and chilli) over charcoal, ladle out bowls of bún bò Huế, and pour glasses of locally made strawberry wine and artichoke tea. The market also sells Da Lat's famous produce — strawberries, avocados, coffee, dried persimmons, and flower bouquets at wholesale prices.

Free to enter. Most food items 20,000–60,000 VND. Busiest Friday–Sunday evenings. Located adjacent to Da Lat Central Market on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street. Arrive hungry.
