Overview
The Hon Thom Cable Car holds the Guinness World Record for the longest non-stop three-cable gondola system in the world — 8 km of cable spanning the An Thoi Archipelago from the southern tip of Phu Quoc to Hon Thom (Pineapple Island). The 15-minute crossing rises 175 m above the sea, giving a sweeping aerial view over jungle-covered islands, turquoise shallows, and coral reefs below. The destination, Hon Thom Nature Park, has a large beach, a water park with slides and a wave pool, restaurants, and hammock gardens — it can fill a full day.
Cable car return ticket: approximately 750,000 VND adults / 550,000 VND children. Water park entry additional (~300,000–500,000 VND). Operating hours 08:00–17:30. Located at An Thoi port, 28 km south of Duong Dong — 35 minutes by taxi or motorbike. Book tickets online in advance during Vietnamese holidays to avoid queues.
