Vinpearl Cable Car & Hon Tre Island

The Vinpearl Cable Car crosses 3.3 km of open sea between the Nha Trang mainland and Hon Tre Island — at the time of its construction it was the world's longest over-water cable car, and the crossing itself, with Nha Trang Bay spread below, is genuinely impressive. The destination, Vinpearl Land, is a sprawling resort-amusement complex: roller coasters, a large water park, a 4D cinema, an aquarium, a safari park, and multiple restaurants and shows. It is unapologetically commercial and enormous — a full day is barely enough to cover everything.

Cable car + park combo ticket: approximately 900,000–1,000,000 VND adults / 750,000 VND children under 1.4 m. Alternatively, a ferry runs from Cau Da port for those with a hotel on the island. Open daily 08:00–21:00. Best for families with children aged 5–15. Book online for a slight discount and to avoid queuing at the cable car station.
